Danella Realty and Management Company is employed by The Ridings at Brookside to provide 3rd party management services to the HOA. As a homeowner, you can rely on them as your first level of contact and support for any questions or requests.

The Pool
Pool season typically runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool tags are required for both residents and guests and are good from one year to the next. If you need tags, you can submit your request directly to Danella.

Pool hours for 2025 are 9:30am-8pm Monday-Sunday weather permitting.
Maintenance Requests
Maintenance requests are also handled through Danella. Please use either the Building Maintenance form or the Landscape Maintenance form to make Danella aware of items that need attention.

The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is available to rent!

For 2025, the price to rent is $125
(a $100 refundable security deposit is required to reserve).
Available for your use as part of the rental are tables, chairs, a small kitchen, a TV, guest wireless, and an electric fireplace. Please contact Alice at Danella if you wish to secure a date.

Alteration Requests
If you desire to make any changes to the outside of your home (windows, doors, deck, landscaping, etc.), it requires review and approval by the Board before you can proceed. Please use the Exterior Alteration Request form to submit your request to Danella for processing.

Trash and Recycling
Trash and recycling services are provided by the Borough of Macungie and costs are included in the quarterly utility bills that you pay directly to the Borough. It is typically picked up early on Monday mornings. We ask that you put your trash and recycling curbside on Sunday evening no earlier than 6:00 PM. If a holiday falls on a Monday, pick up will be the next day.
