What You Should Know
Snow Removal Protocol

It's winter!
We ask for your cooperation to help ensure efficient and effective snow removal throughout the community when it snows!
Follow these guidelines during snow events:
Parking & Vehicle Placement
-
Park your car(s) in your garage whenever possible.
-
Park on your driveway if garage space is unavailable.
-
If you know a neighbor is out of town and their driveway is empty, you may temporarily park in their driveway.
-
For the first round of snow removal, park only in the Blue Areas shown on the map.
-
Once the opposite side has been cleared, move your car(s) to the Red Areas (except for the clubhouse parking lot).
-
Do not block your neighbors’ driveways, fire hydrants, or mailboxes.
-
Please move cars from your driveway as soon as you can so the area can be properly cleared.
-
After both Red and Blue Areas are cleared, please move vehicles from the clubhouse parking lot so it can be plowed.
A Few Reminders
-
Please be patient—it may take more than a day to fully clear the community.
-
Your cooperation helps speed up the process and keeps everyone safe.
-
No white plastic garbage bags placed at the curb during a snowstorm. The plow WILL NOT see them clearly
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
