What You Should Know

Parking During Snow Events

Please see the illustration to the left for guidance on parking during snow events. We ask that at the start of an event, all residents park in their garage, driveway, one of the clubhouse lots, or in a BLUE designated area. Once the snow has been cleared from the RED areas, cars should be moved as quickly as possible to the RED zones to allow snow to be cleared from the BLUE. Your cooperation in this regard will go a long way in helping to expedite the snow clearing and removal.

NEW - The Ridings Handbook

The Compliance Committee has revamped the Rules and Regulations into a handbook format. All unit owners should receive a hard copy some time in December. You can also find an electronic version on the website here.

If you would like a printed version and did not receive one, please contact Danella to request one.

In Case You Missed It...

The Board hosted the 2021 annual meeting via Zoom on Monday, December 6th.

Residents are typically notified of these meetings (and other happenings in the neighborhood) via email. If you did not receive this notice or the Zoom information, it may be that our records are out of date. To be included in the future, please contact Danella and confirm that we have your current email address on file.

If you were unable to attend, we've included the slides from the meeting here for your review. We hope to see you next time!
