The Board of Directors recently adopted a Communications Policy.

In Case You Missed It...
The Board hosted a general meeting on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.

Residents are typically notified of these meetings (and other happenings in the neighborhood) via email, facebook post/event or the Welcome Board as you come into the development.. If you did not receive the notice, it may be that our records are out of date. To be included in the future, please contact Danella and confirm that we have your current email address on file.

This is a private group for residents only. Let's get to know our neighbors. The page will include upcoming events you where you can let us know you are coming or are interested, important announcements/information and encourage neighborly connections.

NEW - The Ridings Handbook
The Compliance Committee has revamped the Rules and Regulations into a handbook format. All unit owners should receive a hard copy some time in December. You can also find an electronic version on the website here.
